The Application Fee is $45.
Our security deposit is $400, this can be refunded after moving out, after the unit is inspected for any damages.
We provide liability insurance for $10/month, but you are welcome to provide your own renters insurance instead. We just need the declarations page showing your policy number and that you are insured up to $100,000.
We offer lease terms that start 8/15 and end 7/31 of the next year with the option to relet the space. We will have more studio spaces available this coming January 2024!
We do not, but we do have uncovered parking for $50 a month on-site.
The rental installments are due by the 1st of each month and considered late on the 3rd.

Utility Monthly Fee: $55/ month for electricity. You will pay a flat fee monthly and the community will take care of the rest!
Renters Insurance: $10/month
The furniture varies with the floor plan, but generally includes a desk, chair, bed frame, mattress, a nightstand, couch, media console and coffee table.
We do charge a one-time $25 Green Fee that will be charged at your lease approval stage.This fee will help reduce online payment fees! Go Green!

You will want to bring all kitchenware, bedding, decor and personal items. All the large furniture will be provided!
The scholar will be rewarded the funds directly and can use/ apply towards their rental accounts. The student will still pay a monthly rent to Ivory University House directly.
Accept the reward and fill in the amount of semesters you will need the funds for based off of your academic schedule! Then reach out to our leasing office, letting us know you received the scholarship, we will have a team member assist you in getting an application started!
